To put it short: I don't use any of the data that's used by my apps.
However, I use AdMob in some of them, and I don't know what's Google doing. And while they force me to add a link to this privacy declaratin, I couldn't find one for AdMob...

The phone state permission is used to pause playback during a call. Most newer devices send emulated pause/playback "key presses" nowadays, so this wouldn't be necessary on them, but it's way more reliable and compatible that way.

The task list permission is used for an Action that can be used by Tasker or similar tools, which should return to the previous app. As Android often messed that up and "returned" to the Home screen instead, I used that workaround. I found a better way to do it, which will be used once I finally get to build a working update...
